Ingredients

  • Wraps
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 large sweet onion
  • 2 med size tomatos
  • 2 tablespoons crushed raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup copped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 handfull of sprouts
  • Dressing
  • 1 large red papper
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon raw cider apple vinegar

Method

  • Directions: Chop all vegetables by the romaine lettuce and mix it in a bowl. Prepare lettuce leaves by separating them into singles. Wrap a hipping tbsp of veggie mix into the lettuce leaves. "Secure" the lettuce leaf by a tooth pick . Top the wraps with the Red Pepper and Cilantro Dressing
  • Directions: blend all ingredients until smooth. Good for 2 days in the refrigerator.
