- Wraps
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 large sweet onion
- 2 med size tomatos
- 2 tablespoons crushed raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup copped parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 handfull of sprouts
- Dressing
- 1 large red papper
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 large tomato
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon filtered water
- 1 tablespoon raw cider apple vinegar
Method
- Directions: Chop all vegetables by the romaine lettuce and mix it in a bowl. Prepare lettuce leaves by separating them into singles. Wrap a hipping tbsp of veggie mix into the lettuce leaves. "Secure" the lettuce leaf by a tooth pick . Top the wraps with the Red Pepper and Cilantro Dressing
- Directions: blend all ingredients until smooth. Good for 2 days in the refrigerator.
