Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. of coconut
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Method
- Combine coconut, sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract.
- Mix well.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased and floured baking sheets.
- Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until edges are browned.
- Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
