Ingredients
- Lime juice
- Salt
- 4 1/2 cups crushed ice
- 1/3 cup tequila
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup Triple Sec
- Lime slices (optional)
Method
- Dip rims of cocktail glasses in lime juice; dip in a shallow dish of salt to coat rims of glasses.
- Combine crushed ice, tequila, 1/3 cup lime juice, and Triple Sec in container of an electric blender; process until very frothy. Pour into prepared cocktail glasses, and garnish with lime slices, if desired.
- Note: Sweetened lime juice may be used, if desired.
