Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 4 fresh thyme sprigs
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Method
- In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients and simmer over low heat until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
- Let stand for 2 hours before using.
