Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 slice almonds
  • 1 tbsp cold unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup +2tablespoons all- purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup raisins or any dried fruit

Method

  • preheat oven to 350. combining corn flakes, oats, and almonds.
  • spread on cookie sheet roast until light golden about 10 minutes put in large bowl leave oven on lined pan with parchment paper
  • in a bowl mix butter with flour, sugar, and salt until it resembles crumbls add to grain mixture and toss
  • combined the maple syrup with the vanilla pour over grain mixture and stir
  • Spagnola online baking sheet toast for 12 to 14 minutes let cool then add the dried fruit
