Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. water or club soda
- 4 eggs
Method
- Mix all ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour 3 full tablespoons of mixture into a hot Teflon or greased 6-inch skillet.
- Cook until firm, then turn over and cook for 30 seconds. It should look like a thin crepe.
- Makes about 18 shells.
