Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. garlic spread (1/2 tsp. garlic powder with 2 Tbsp. margarine)
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 10 manicotti shells
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- In saucepan, combine spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, garlic spread and salt.
- Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
- Cook manicotti. Brown meat and green peppers; remove from heat and drain off fat. Stir in diced Mozzarella cheese and stuff tubes.
- Pour 3/4 of the sauce in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Arrange stuffed manicotti over sauce.
- Put remaining sauce over manicotti.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
