Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. pureed or possibly mashed strawberries
  • Red food coloring (if you like)
  • 2 c. whipping cream, whipped (don't use non-dairy whipped topping)

Method

  • In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk and vanilla extract.
  • Stir in strawberries and red food coloring (if you like).
  • Mix in whipped cream.
  • Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or possibly other 2 qt container.
  • Cover.
  • Freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard.
  • Leftovers to freezer.
