Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 9-inch deep dish pie shell, unbaked
Method
- Fry bacon, drain and crumble.
- In large mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly.
- Add milk, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well.
- Add onions, cheeses and bacon.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
