Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 9-inch deep dish pie shell, unbaked

Method

  • Fry bacon, drain and crumble.
  • In large mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly.
  • Add milk, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well.
  • Add onions, cheeses and bacon.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
