Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 None red thai chili, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2-3 drops hot sauce
  • None None To serve
  • 4 None small lettuce leaves
  • 1 None mango, peeled and flesh chopped
  • 16 None cooked prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact

Method

  • To make the dressing, whisk together all ingredients. Season to taste.
  • Arrange lettuce leaves on 4 serving plates. Top with mango and prawns. Chill until required. Drizzle dressing over salad before serving.
