Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 None red thai chili, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 drops hot sauce
- None None To serve
- 4 None small lettuce leaves
- 1 None mango, peeled and flesh chopped
- 16 None cooked prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
Method
- To make the dressing, whisk together all ingredients. Season to taste.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on 4 serving plates. Top with mango and prawns. Chill until required. Drizzle dressing over salad before serving.
