Ingredients
- 2 Mangos (finely diced)
- 1-2 Large Tomatoes (finely diced)
- 1/2 of a large red onion (finely diced)
- 1 Bunch of cilantro
- 3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 a squeezed Lime
- 1 Clove of garlic (minced)
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- Pinch of granulated sugar
Method
- Finely chop all of the ingredients and mix in a large bowl.
- Add the lime, olive oil, and red wine vinegar at the end.
- Season with salt, pepper, and sugar and mix together.
