Ingredients
- 12oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 5 med. eggs (separated)
- 1 pint heavy cream
Method
- Melt chocolate in double boiler until chips are almost fully melted, then cool to room temp. Blend in yolks then add stiffly beaten egg whites (add a few tablespoons & mix well-then fold in rest). Add stiffly beaten heavy cream. Mix thoroughly & refrigerate at least one hour.
