Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cookable vanilla pudding (dry)
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Method

  • Drain mandarin oranges and pineapple; discard juices.
  • Combine dry jello and dry pudding with cold water; bring to a boil.
  • Boil for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • Add Cool Whip to cooled mixture in large bowl; fold in oranges and pineapple.
  • Pour into a mold or serving bowl and set.
  • Refrigerate for several hours.
  • Keep refrigerated.
