Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
- 2 c. cold water
- 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cookable vanilla pudding (dry)
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Method
- Drain mandarin oranges and pineapple; discard juices.
- Combine dry jello and dry pudding with cold water; bring to a boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Add Cool Whip to cooled mixture in large bowl; fold in oranges and pineapple.
- Pour into a mold or serving bowl and set.
- Refrigerate for several hours.
- Keep refrigerated.
