Ingredients
- 3 cups puffed quinoa
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup bran flakes
- 12 cup pumpkin seeds, crushed
- 12 cup whole flax seed
- 14 cup Bulgar wheat (optional)
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (more or less to taste)
- 12 cup almonds, slivered (or crushed)
- 12 cup raisins
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and store for several weeks in cupboard.
- If you store it longer, store it in the fridge or freezer to prevent oils in seeds and nuts from going rancid.
