Ingredients

  • 6 ounces, weight Semisweet Chocolate
  • 6 ounces, weight Bittersweet Chocolate
  • 1 cup Graham Crackers Broken Into Rough Pieces
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows

Method

  • Draw a 9-inch by 10-inch rectangle on a piece of parchment paper and lay it in a sheet pan. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt in a double boiler over medium heat. Pour the chocolate over the sheet pan and spread in an even layer with in the rectangle. Drop the graham crackers and marshmallows over the chocolate and leave to set for 2 hours.
