Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. cream or 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil or melted butter
Method
- Beat all together (by hand or blender) until smooth and well blended.
- Pour small amount into hot oiled pan.
- Shake pan (or tilt) quickly so that batter covers pan thinly and evenly (large burner at "7").
- Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve while hot, rolled up into tight log (buttered or jellied).
- These are very good if you add just a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg to batter.
