Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. onion, cut into 1/4-inch rings
- 4 c. (4 medium) baking potatoes, washed and cut in 1/8-inch slices (unpeeled)
- 1/2 c. green pepper, cut into strips
Method
- In a 12 x 8-inch baking dish, melt butter on High for 50 to 60 seconds.
- Stir in seasoned salt and pepper.
- Stir in remaining ingredients until coated with butter.
- Cover.
- Cook until potatoes are fork-tender, 13 to 15 minutes.
- Let stand 3 minutes.
- Yields eight 1/2-cup servings.
