Ingredients
- 1 c. ripe bananas (3 medium)
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 (18 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Put bananas and oil in blender and liquify.
- Add mixture and sugar to cake mix.
- Beat well with electric mixer.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add vanilla.
- Combine 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans) and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Pour half the batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Sprinkle nuts, sugar and cinnamon over batter.
- Pour remaining batter into pan.
- Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
