Ingredients
- 2 Tbls tomato sauce
- 2 Tbls Worcester sauce
- 2 Tbls chutney
- 2 Tbls Apricot jam
- 2 Tbls brown sugar
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tsp cornflour with a little water
Method
- Pour over chicken portions in casserole dish. Bake at 350F or 180C for 1 - 1 1/2 hours with the lid off for the last half hour till golden
