Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 qt. salad greens
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
  • 1 c. seedless green grapes
  • 3/4 c. real mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. tarragon wine vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp. onion salt
  • dash of finely crumbled thyme
  • dash of pepper

Method

  • Combine mayonnaise with vinegar and seasonings.
  • Chill all ingredients.
  • When ready to serve, tear greens into bite-size pieces and place in bowl.
  • Drain tuna and break into chunks over lettuce.
  • Add grapes and dressing and toss lightly.
  • Makes 6 to 8 servings.
