Ingredients
- 1 1/2 qt. salad greens
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
- 1 c. seedless green grapes
- 3/4 c. real mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. tarragon wine vinegar
- 3/4 tsp. onion salt
- dash of finely crumbled thyme
- dash of pepper
Method
- Combine mayonnaise with vinegar and seasonings.
- Chill all ingredients.
- When ready to serve, tear greens into bite-size pieces and place in bowl.
- Drain tuna and break into chunks over lettuce.
- Add grapes and dressing and toss lightly.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
