Ingredients

  • 12 large potatoes, peeled and boiled in salt water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • paprika
  • milk (small amount if needed)

Method

  • Mash potatoes, then combine potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and onion powder.
  • Whip and mash until fluffy.
  • Add small amount of milk, if needed.
  • Spread in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Refrigerate or freeze until needed.
  • When ready to bake, drizzle melted margarine over top and sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Serves 12.
