Ingredients
- 12 large potatoes, peeled and boiled in salt water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- paprika
- milk (small amount if needed)
Method
- Mash potatoes, then combine potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and onion powder.
- Whip and mash until fluffy.
- Add small amount of milk, if needed.
- Spread in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Refrigerate or freeze until needed.
- When ready to bake, drizzle melted margarine over top and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Serves 12.
