Ingredients
- 2 c. corn (frozen)
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. margarine
Method
- In medium bowl mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and sugar; then add
- milk, onion, eggs, margarine and corn.
- Stir until blended.
- Drop by tablespoon 2 inches apart on well-greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 425° about 15 minutes.
- Serve with butter.
