Ingredients
- 5 lb. (9 large) potatoes
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Peel potatoes; cook in salted, boiling water.
- Mash until smooth.
- Add rest of ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Place in greased casserole; dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
