Ingredients
- 10 potatoes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Cook the potatoes; mash well.
- Add the sour cream, cream cheese, onion salt and garlic salt; mix well.
- Put in greased casserole dish.
- Put in refrigerator; let set overnight.
- Before baking, dot with butter (do not stir).
- Cover; bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
- Uncover; let top brown slightly.
