Ingredients
- 2 lb. peeled and quartered potatoes
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- paprika
Method
- In 3-quart saucepan combine potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
- Drain, mash potatoes gradually stirring in salad dressing, cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper until light and fluffy.
- Spoon in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or cover and refrigerate.
- When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until thoroughly heated.
