Ingredients

  • 2 lb. peeled and quartered potatoes
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • paprika

Method

  • In 3-quart saucepan combine potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium.
  • Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
  • Drain, mash potatoes gradually stirring in salad dressing, cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper until light and fluffy.
  • Spoon in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  • Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or cover and refrigerate.
  • When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until thoroughly heated.
