Ingredients
- 5 lb. potatoes, peeled and cooked
- 1/2 c. butter (oleo)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 to 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing *
Method
- Mash potatoes, adding rest of ingredients.
- Whip together; put in a buttered casserole dish.
- Set in refrigerator overnight (a couple of days doesn't matter).
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered.
