Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • Baker's secret coconut
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cornstarch
  • yellow food coloring

Method

  • Bring to a rolling boil the cream-style corn, evaporated milk, 1 can coconut milk and sugar.
  • Add 10 or more drops of yellow food coloring.
  • Mix thoroughly in a bowl, 1 can coconut milk and 1 cup cornstarch.
  • When smooth and no lumps are left, pour into boiling mixture.
  • Stir constantly at medium fire until desired consistency. (Thick enough that the mixture sticks to the mixing spoon.)
  • Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
