Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb beef
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup
  • 4 oz egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Method

  • Brown beef.
  • Cook together onions, celery, pepper stirring often.
  • Cook noodles according to pkg.
  • Combine onion, celery, pepper and soups with beef and noodles and cook slowly for a few minutes.
  • Top with strips of cheese; cook only until cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle 1 tsp garlic salt over top.
