Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 c. carrots
- 1 c. broccoli
- 1/2 c. onions
- 3 c. water
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 c. milk
- 2 c. cubed ham
- 1 lb. cubed cheese
- picante sauce to taste
Method
- Chop and simmer vegetables in the water for 15 minutes.
- Cook margarine and flour over medium heat; add the vegetables along with milk, cheese and ham, then picante sauce.
