Ingredients

  • 60 grams Bread (strong) flour
  • 20 grams Almond flour
  • 3 grams Baking powder
  • 15 grams Cocoa powder
  • 60 grams Unsalted butter
  • 70 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 30 grams Chocolate chips

Method

  • Sift the dry ingredients.
  • Bring the butter and egg to room temperature.
  • Cream the butter.
  • Add sugar and mix well.
  • Mix in the egg a little at a time.
  • I added it in 5 batches.
  • It should look like this after whisking it all together.
  • Next, add the yogurt and mix.
  • Mix in the dry ingredients.
  • Use a rubber spatula to fold the mixture in a cutting motion.
  • Add chocolate chips, and gently stir them in.
  • Fill doughnut molds and bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 180C, then serve.
