Ingredients
- 60 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 20 grams Almond flour
- 3 grams Baking powder
- 15 grams Cocoa powder
- 60 grams Unsalted butter
- 70 grams Granulated sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 30 grams Chocolate chips
Method
- Sift the dry ingredients.
- Bring the butter and egg to room temperature.
- Cream the butter.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Mix in the egg a little at a time.
- I added it in 5 batches.
- It should look like this after whisking it all together.
- Next, add the yogurt and mix.
- Mix in the dry ingredients.
- Use a rubber spatula to fold the mixture in a cutting motion.
- Add chocolate chips, and gently stir them in.
- Fill doughnut molds and bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 180C, then serve.
