Ingredients

  • 500g skinless chicken fillets, cooked and finely chopped Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1 stick celery, chopped
  • 1/2 red capsicum, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter beans
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tandoori paste
  • 12 sheets filo pastry
  • Canola cooking spray
  • 1 cup tzatziki

Method

  • Mix together the chicken, Philly*, celery, capsicum, beans, coriander and tandoori paste until well combined.
  • Separate the filo into 6 bundles of 2 sheets, spraying between the 2 sheets with spray oil.
  • Cut each bundle into 3 along the length to form 18 strips.
  • Spoon filling evenly onto the end of each strip and fold up to form triangles.
  • Spray with oil and bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  • Serve with tzatziki.
