Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits
  • 1 envelope melted chocolate or 2 Tbsp. cocoa

Method

  • In large bowl, blend first 5 ingredients.
  • Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
  • Pour 2 cups of batter in another bowl.
  • Stir butterscotch bits into 1 mixture and chocolate in other.
  • Pour 1/2 of light batter in greased tube pan, then pour chocolate batter. Repeat using the light; marble by folding with knife in cutting motion.
  • Bake at 325° for 50 or 55 minutes.
  • Ice as you like.
  • I use sour cream icing.
