Ingredients
- 3 or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped (optional)
- 4 Tbsp. diced almonds (optional; water chestnuts may be substituted)
- 2 pkg. Top Ramen noodles, crushed
Method
- Cut chicken into pieces; mix together with cabbage, onions, almonds, Top Ramen noodles and seasoning packet (from noodles). Mix dressing and pour over salad mixture; toss to coat all well. Let set at least 2 hours, stirring once or twice to coat well.
