Ingredients

  • 1 (5.25 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup, undrained
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 prepared 9-inch pie crust (can use graham cracker crust)
  • sliced pineapple for garnish
  • maraschino cherries for garnish
  • 1/2 c. coconut for garnish

Method

  • In large bowl, combine the pudding mix, pineapple (undrained) and sour cream.
  • Mix until well blended.
  • Pour into pie crust. Garnish with listed ingredients.
  • Chill 2 hours.
