Ingredients
- 1 (5.25 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup, undrained
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 prepared 9-inch pie crust (can use graham cracker crust)
- sliced pineapple for garnish
- maraschino cherries for garnish
- 1/2 c. coconut for garnish
Method
- In large bowl, combine the pudding mix, pineapple (undrained) and sour cream.
- Mix until well blended.
- Pour into pie crust. Garnish with listed ingredients.
- Chill 2 hours.
