Ingredients
- 16 oz. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 oz. macaroni
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/8 c. pimento, chopped
- Ritz crackers, crumbled
Method
- Prepare macaroni per directions for casserole.
- Add soup, mayonnaise, onion, pimento and cheese; mix together.
- Place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole and top with Ritz crackers.
- Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
