Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. cooked elbow macaroni (1 3/4 c. uncooked)
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained (bits and pieces)
- 1/4 c. pimento
- 1 1/4 c. cubed cheese
- 3/4 c. Milnot or canned cream
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix macaroni, mushrooms and pimento.
- Melt the cheese, canned milk, onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix cheese sauce and macaroni mixture together.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. May be topped with tomato slices, if desired.
