Ingredients
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni, measured
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. grated onions
- Ritz crackers
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
Method
- Cook macaroni until done.
- Drain immediately. Have all other ingredients mixed together and add to drained macaroni.
- Place in casserole dish and top with layer of Ritz cracker crumbs.
- Cook for 25 minutes at 325°.
