Ingredients
- 12 to 14 peach halves, drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sour cream
- cinnamon/sugar mixture
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Method
- Place peach halves tightly together in unbaked crust.
- Beat eggs; add sugar and sour cream.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour mixture over peaches.
- Dust with cinnamon/sugar mixture.
- Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
- Reduce oven to 375° and bake 35 minutes longer. Serves 6.
