Ingredients
- 5 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. jelly
Method
- Mix the Large eggs, then add in baking pwdr and salt and mix.
- Add in sugar gradually.
- Beat till thick and lemon colored.
- Add in flour and vanilla.
- Pour into 10 x 15 inch greased pan and bake 13 min at 400 degrees.
- Invert cake on a cloth, sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
- Trim edge and roll (cloth and all); cold.
- Unroll and fill with jelly or possibly pudding and roll up again without cloth.
