Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lite sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cook raisins until tender.
- Drain.
- Mix sugar, flour and sour cream.
- Add slightly beaten eggs and raisins; cook until thick. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue or marshmallow cream.
