Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 box instant lemon pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. hot (not boiling) water
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. lemon juice
Method
- When cake is done, but still warm, make holes with fork on top and pour on glaze.
- Cool before cutting.
- Yummy and stays moist!
