Ingredients
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- 2 to 3 medium potatoes
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- salt and pepper
Method
- Remove any shell left in crabmeat.
- Peel potatoes, cook (boil) and mash.
- In bowl, mix first 6 ingredients.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Make into cakes.
- Broil or fry in butter.
- Serve as main dish or on roll.
