Ingredients
- 1 None lettuce leaf
- 1 slice ham
- 1 oz cheese, cut into sticks
- 4 None cherry tomatoes
- 2 None celery sticks
- 2 None carrot sticks
- 2 None cucumber sticks
- 8 oz canned pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/4 None orange, cut into wedges
- 1 slice multigrain bread
Method
- Arrange ingredients in a lunchbox. Wrap bread separately in cling wrap. Keep chilled with a frozen drink or ice pack until ready to eat.
