Ingredients
- 2 1/2 sticks melted butter
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 3 boxes vanilla instant pie filling
- 4 c. milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- pecans
Method
- Mix flour and butter and bake in long cake pan until light brown.
- Mix cream cheese and brown sugar and spread over first layer when cool.
- Mix vanilla instant pie filling with milk.
- Beat until thick, then spread over second layer.
- On third layer, spread Cool Whip and pecans.
