Ingredients
- 16 oz ground chicken
- 4 Tbs chicken, vegi stock or apple juice
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
- 12 tsp sage, dried
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Mix well.
- Divide into 16 portions and place on wax paper.
- Fold over wax paper and press into patties.
