Ingredients
- 1 c. high protein cereal, crushed
- 1/2 c. nonfat milk
- 3 tsp. instant beef bouillon
- 1/4 tsp. dried sage
- 3 tsp. minced onion
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites or 1/4 c. egg substitute
- 1 lb. ground turkey
Method
- Combine all ingredients, mixing turkey last.
- Shape into 8 patties.
- Coat a nonstick skillet or electric frypan with cooking spray and pan-fry.
- Makes 4 servings, 270 calories each.
