Ingredients

  • 34 cup yogurt (I use plain, low-fat with a packet of Splenda mixed in, but you could use non-fat or low-fat plain o)
  • 1 apple, cored, peeled and diced
  • 12 cup Fiber One cereal (I love the Honey Clusters version for this dish)
  • 2 g glucomannan (a soluble fiber you add to your meals when you're on the diet) (optional)

Method

  • If you are using the glucomannan (you definitely don't have to!

  • ), mix the glucomannan and the yogurt w/ a whisk.
  • Add the apple and cereal, mix well, and enjoy!
  • (sometimes if I'm in a hurry, I just throw the apple in a food processor to chop it, then I fold in all the other ingredients.
