Ingredients
- 1 lb. liver
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 stick butter
Method
- Roll slices of liver in flour. Saute in butter until brown on both sides. Saute thinly sliced onion rings in another frying pan until golden brown.
- Place liver on platter.
- Turn onion rings into pan in which liver was cooked.
- Add 2 tablespoons hot water. Stir to loosen sediment in pan.
- Mix.
- Pour over liver and let stand for 10 minutes.
