Ingredients
- 2 small cans hearts of artichokes
- 1/4 lb. fresh spinach
- romaine lettuce
- endive lettuce (optional)
- 3/4 c. curried salad dressing
Method
- Drain artichoke hearts and cut each in half.
- Wash and tear up greens.
- Toss all with curried dressing.
