Ingredients
- 1 lb. liver
- 1 medium onion
- 10 crackers
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Put liver, onion and crackers through food chopper; chop fine. Add eggs, milk and seasonings.
- In a skillet, heat some lard or bacon drippings and into this, drop meat mixture by tablespoons. Fry each side until brown and crisp.
- Makes 4 large servings.
